How to use?

1. Fix the host on the red and blue light therapy cap in the correct direction.
2. Install the host, long press the button on the side of the battery to turn on/off the power
3. Short press the button on the side of the battery to select the mode, a total of 5 modes (mode 1, red and blue light flashes alternately and vibrates, mode 2, red light is always on, mode 3, blue light is always on, mode 4, red and blue light flashes alternately, mode 5, purple light is always on)

Tips
