Instructions for Use:

Controller Functions 

1. Power On/Off: Press and hold “Button 1” for 2 seconds to power on/off the device.

2. Brightness Adjustment: After powering on, the display shows “25” by default, indicating 25% brightness. This is the brightness adjustment mode. Press the “+” button to increase brightness and the “-” button to decrease brightness. There are four brightness levels (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%).

3. Pulse Selection: After confirming the brightness, briefly press “Button 1”. The display will show “HHH”, indicating entry into pulse adjustment mode. Press the “+” button to select the pulse mode, which has two options (10Hz, 40Hz). If pulse is not needed, when the display shows “HHH”, briefly press “Button 1” again. The screen will then display “10”, Enter Time Adjustment Mode.

4. Adjust Time: After confirming the pulse, briefly press “Button 1”. The display will show “10”, indicating a 10min timer. Enter time adjustment mode. Press the “+” button to increase the time and the “-” button to decrease the time. There are five timers (10min, 15min, 20min, 25min, 30min).

5. Light Wave Selection: Briefly press “Button 4” to select the light wave mode. There are three modes (ALL full brightness mode, 660nm mode, 850nm mode). 850nm is infrared light, invisible to the naked eye. Therefore, when selecting 850nm mode, the shoe light will not illuminate, which is normal.

Usage time: It is recommended that each use not exceed 30 minutes, and it is best to use it 7 to 10 times a week.

Charging Instructions

1. When the controller is out of power, a voice prompt will announce "Please charge".

2. The green indicator light will flash during charging and remain on when fully charged.

Notes:

1. If you experience discomfort from the red light during use, please adjust the frequency and duration or discontinue use immediately.

2. If you experience any skin abnormalities during use, please discontinue use.

3. Avoid looking directly at the red light during use.

4. Do not soak or wash this product. Do not bend it forcefully to avoid damaging the motherboard. Disconnect the power when not in use.

5. Do not disassemble or repair this product yourself. If there are any quality issues, please contact the brand immediately.
